Survey on Ethics in KM

Patrick Lambe is conducting a survey of KM/IM practitioners covering perceptions on knowledge exploitation, sphere of influence, and professional ethics, which will run 21 February - 21 March 2022. Please do participate. The responses will be anonymous, but you can request a copy of the report by giving your email contact at the end of the survey. New, all virtual training programme on Knowledge Audits and KM Planning

We are offering a new training programme on Knowledge Audits and KM Planning. It will be held 10-14 January 2022, with an additional meeting on 17 February. Not only will the entire programme be conducted completely virtually, but we will also be covering how to conduct knowledge audits and KM planning virtually. This workshop is based on Patrick’s upcoming book, Principles of Knowledge Auditing: Foundations of Knowledge Management Implementation, which will be published by the MIT Press in late 2022.

Patrick Lambe’s book with Nick Milton The Knowledge Manager’s Handbook has won CILIP UK’s prestigious K&IM Information Resources Award (in the print category) for 2019. The second edition of the book comes out on 3rd October 2019. See more

Knowledge Audit Masterclass and Survey

Patrick will be leading a masterclass at Social Now, Lisbon, May 10 on ”How to conduct a knowledge audit to identify KM goals and technologies“. He’s also conducting a survey for his next book on how KM practitioners understand and experience knowledge audits - you can take the survey here - responses are anonymous, but if you leave your email address we’ll share the survey results once compiled.
