We have repackaged our knowledge transfer techniques training programme into three modules of 2+1 days each, covering techniques for:
* Project Learning & Knowledge Capture
* Peer Collaboration & Communities
* Expert Knowledge Transfer

KM Method Cards Published

Conferences in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur

Patrick will be leading a workshop and speaking at Ark Group’s Advancing Business Classification Initiatives in Sydney 24-25 June 2008 (the workshop is on planning a taxonomy project, and the address is on locating your taxonomy initiative inside a metadata strategy). Then on 1st July he’ll be in Kuala Lumpur for Paradigm’s Conference on Innnovation and KM, with Larry Prusak and Dave Snowden, and speaking on knowledge as fuel for innovation.
