In part 1 Marti outlines the reasons why typical ROI doesn’t work. In Part 2 she argies eloquently nevertheless for the need to make a strong analytical case for the taxonomy initiative, and she outlines the key stages of ROI analysis. Part 3 has some fascinating discussion and interchange with the audience.
All in all, a great taxonomy evening, courtesy of Dow Jones Synaptica.
