How Do You Know When Your Taxonomy is Not Hospitable?
From the early days of railways in the UK… a really good example of not having anticipated sufficient categories for the user population! There were price categories for “adults” “children” and “dogs”, which stretched the interpretive capabilities of railway staff no end! The real question is, have you got processes or mechanisms to pick up when this is happening to you (and it WILL happen to you)?
