Christine Connors on User-Oriented Taxonomies

Back in mid-March I had the privilege of hearing Christine Connors speak for the Information and Knowledge Management Society here in Singapore, on her experience in developing user-oriented taxonomies, reflecting on her experience at Raytheon in particular. Here’s the video of the talk, in three parts: part one discusses the issues with top-down vs user-oriented approaches; part two describes her expereince in developing a hybrid approach at Raytheon, and part three contains the Q&A discussion.
