I’ve been looking at the concept map drawn in http://www.greenchameleon.com/uploads/KM_Communications_Strategy.pdf for the communications strategy. It is very interesting and seems to summarize the ideas on how to deliver the contents to a certain target audience.
It is my first visit, but probably not the last here. Keep up.
p.s.: Thinking out loud: I think one could draw a generic map from that on delivering information through media channels to an audience.
