Knowledge Audit Masterclass and Survey

Patrick will be leading a masterclass at Social Now, Lisbon, May 10 on ”How to conduct a knowledge audit to identify KM goals and technologies“. He’s also conducting a survey for his next book on how KM practitioners understand and experience knowledge audits - you can take the survey here - responses are anonymous, but if you leave your email address we’ll share the survey results once compiled.

Autumn Conference Highlights

October-November is conference season! Patrick is keynoting at Taxonomy Bootcamp London, leading a Taxonomy 101 workshop at Taxonomy Bootcamp Washington DC, leading a workshop on mitigating knowledge risks, and facilitating a keynote panel on “Hacking KM” at KM World.

Knowledge Retention and Gamification Masterclasses in May and June

We are organising two major Masterclasses in May and June this year, led by - well - Masters in their fields. May 27 2016 we have a Masterclass on the ShadowBox training method, on a set of practical techniques and tools for transferring tacit knowledge from our great friend cognitive psychologist Dr Gary Klein. June 16-17 2016 we have a Masterclass on using Gamification to create impact in knowledge management and change management initiatives, led by the inimitable Professor Michael Sutton.
